People seek therapy for different reasons. Often it is because they feel stuck, stressed, overwhelmed or hurt.
You might be struggling with a relationship, coping with stress or hoping to change a behaviour that is not working for you.
When things are difficult, a psychotherapist can support you and help you to grow in whichever way is right for you. I won't tell you what to do, but I will help you to find a way forward for yourself.
