My practice is based in Hunters Bar/Psalter Lane, Sheffield, S11. I work from home in a private and quiet room. 
 
I charge £80 per session for Individual Therapy and Supervision, and £100 per session for couples/relationship work. I also offer remote sessions on Zoom and by phone. 

I usually work inside with clients, but for various reasons, you might decide you would prefer to take all or some of your sessions outdoors. My consulting space is close to the Botanical Gardens which offers a different kind of experience.
 
Sessions last for 50 minutes and usually take place at the same time each week. I recognise that not everyone can commit to working weekly, and sometimes it is more therapeutic to arrange things differently. 

I offer sessions via the following insurers*: Aviva, Axa, WPA and Bupa. Please note I am not taking on new Bupa patients until October 2026.
